✅ Step 1: Copy the Chat Response
- In the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, hover over the response you want to save.
- Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the response.
- Select “Copy” to copy the full text of the answer.
? Step 2: Add a Short Description
Open a new email or document and include:
- A brief summary of the issue (e.g., “Fix for OneDrive not syncing due to file path length”)
- The question you asked Copilot
- The response you received (paste it in)
? Step 3: Send It In
Email your write-up to ithelpdesk@fourcedarsgroup.com with the subject line:
“Copilot Chat – [Short Issue Description]”

Subject: Copilot Chat – Outlook Signature Not Saving
